Accolades

Jesal’s paintings have earned her various awards. UNESCO gave her the Best Artist Award for her delicate and elegant painting of Champaner. Her monochromatic black and white painting of the forest got an award by the International Watercolour Society [IWS] of India. The mystical painting of ochre and indigo coloured forest won her an award by IWS of Indonesia.

Her beautiful renditions of waves and swirling clouds have also received various endowments. The expressive paintings of waves have been well acknowledged by IWS of Malaysia and Kosovo. She received an award by the 57th Gujarat Rajya Kala Pradarshan 2016-17 for the elegant representation of the clouds that are coloured in blue.
